Information about the processing of personal data

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), the Jagiellonian University reports that: 

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Jagiellonian University, 24 Gołębia Street, 31-007 Krakow, represented by the Rector of the Jagiellonian University.
  2. A Data Protection Officer has been appointed by the Jagiellonian University who is based at 24 Gołębia Street, 31-007 Krakow, room Nr 5. The Officer can be contacted via e-mail: iod@uj.edu.pl or by phone – 12 663 12 25.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for  purpose of processing the registration and participation on the FUNMAT conference  on the basis of the  art. 6 par. 1 point b) of GDPR
  4. Providing your personal data is voluntary but is a condition for processing the registration and participation on the FUNMAT conference. Not providing personal data will result in cancelling of  participation in the conference.
  5. The recipients of your personal data are the organizations permitted to  process your personal data   on the basis of generally applicable law and entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator in connection with the performance of the task entrusted to them.
  6. Your personal data will be kept for the period of time neccessary for completing all the activities related to the participation in the conference.
  7. You have the right to: access your data and demand its rectification, as well as the right to delete the data, limit processing of the data, transfer  data, object to processing  data - in cases and under the conditions stipulated in “GDPR”.
  8. Your personal data will not be subject of automatic data processing and decision-making nor data profiling.
  9. You have the right to file a complaint with The President, Personal Data Protection Office  if you consider the processing of your personal data to be in violation of the provisions of the “GDPR”.
